Welcome to Spend Glance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spend Glance application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Spend Glance is a personal finance analysis application that enables users to upload and analyze financial transaction data, organize expenses, and generate insights and visualizations.
The Service is intended to assist users in understanding their financial information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. From time to time, the Service may also include blog posts, educational content, or general pointers, but such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Authentication is provided through supported identity providers, such as Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should take appropriate steps to secure your authentication provider account immediately.

You retain ownership of all financial data and other content that you upload to the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process any information you submit.
Spend Glance processes your uploaded data solely for the purpose of providing the functionality of the Service. Details regarding data collection, storage, and processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party accounts and credentials required for your use of the Service. Spend Glance is not responsible for the availability or continued operation of third-party services.

These results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for verifying your financial records and for any decisions made using the information provided by the Service.

13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Where supported by the Service, you may delete your workspace and associated data through the available account management features.
Spend Glance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses a security or operational risk.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
